4. Order Management

• Sellers must process and fulfill orders within the given time.
• Delays without valid reason may lead to penalties or account suspension.
• Proper packaging is required to ensure product safety.

5. Return & Refund Policy

• Tee Graphics offers a seller-friendly return policy.
• Returns will only be accepted in valid cases (damaged, defective, or wrong product).
• Sellers are responsible for handling approved returns and refunds.
• Excessive returns due to poor quality may result in action against the seller.

6. Payments

• Sellers will receive payments after order confirmation and completion.
• Payment cycles and methods will be clearly defined in the seller dashboard.
• Any applicable fees or deductions will be transparently shown.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Selling counterfeit or unauthorized products
• Misleading product descriptions or fake images
• Manipulating reviews or ratings
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
