To request a return, customers must provide:
- A full unboxing video
- The video must be recorded within 24 hours of delivery

⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, return requests will not be accepted.

- If approved, the return or refund will be processed.
- Tee Graphics reserves the right to accept or reject requests after verification.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within a few business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (as applicable).
Important Notes
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
